| Our website is optomized for Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. Please allow pop-ups for www.riscolockbox.com. Other web browsers may not function properly. To log in, click the User Login button centered on the Navagation Bar at the top of any of our pages. You will be redirected to the log in page. Enter your Board ID in the first line. Use the RISCO Board ID List if you are unsure of your Board ID. Enter your ReaderKEY serial number in the second line and enter your ReaderKEY PIN in the third line. |
Power On: Pressing and holding the red button for approximately 1 second (until the ReaderKEY beeps) will display the following screens depending on the condition of the ReaderKEY. The ReaderKEY will display an asterisk (*) or a pound sign (#) for each button press. Time Out periods indicate how long the last message will display before the key powers off. Entering Your Update CodeKey Not Expired: (Time Out=10 sec)
Notes: To determine your ReaderKEY version, look at the line directly under the bar code on the back of your key (not the Model #RK2 or #RK3)

Device LockupDevice Locked Key: MLS administrator must unlock by reprogramming with our PTK device - there is no reset code available. Contact your board or association office. (Time Out=5 sec) |
